Our firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrative Assistant who is detail-oriented and has strong organizational, written, verbal and interpersonal skills. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with staff on a variety of projects ranging from financial analysis to client management, and will be responsible for conducting research, writing reports, and answering inquiries via telephone. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Keep boss's calendar in sync with the rest of the staff.
- Create or update documents based on requests from boss or other employees.
- Take and distribute phone messages.
- Coordinate travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and plan meetings and events.
- Keep track of supplies.
- Order office supplies.
- Clean up after meetings and events.
**Salary**: $16.00-$16.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- SURREY, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English, Punjabi, Hindi (required)
