Role Description

This part-time remote Administrative Assistant role involves supporting daily operations, managing communications, and assisting executives with administrative tasks. Primary responsibilities include scheduling, handling clerical duties, organizing documents, maintaining records, and responding to emails and phone inquiries with professionalism. The position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks
  • Strong organizational, Clerical Skills, and attention to detail
  • Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette for professional interactions
  • Ability to respond to customer queries over email, social media messages and comments, and google reviews
  • Need to be able to track inventory and put in orders
  • Prepare delivery routes
  • Proficient in Punjabi and English in written and oral communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
  • Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace)
  • Previous experience in similar roles is an asset
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in administration are advantageous
