**Employment Type**: Full-Time (Part-Time may be considered)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations
- Organize schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases
- Assist with projects, deadlines, and general support for the team
- Keep office clean & organized.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Clear, professional, and fluent English (written and spoken)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Compensation:
- $20/Hour
- 2 Weeks’ vacation annually
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
