**Key Responsibilities**:
Content Development
- Design engaging learning content across technical, leadership, and cultural development topics.
- Create tools, resources, and training sessions that are easy to apply, relevant, and tailored to the needs of diverse audiences.

Project
- Support implementation of Talent & Culture (T&C) strategies by coordinating learning programs and contributing to firm-wide initiatives.
- Schedule and organize learning sessions, onboarding programs, and internal events in partnership with facilitators and presenters.
- Track and report participation, feedback, and learning outcomes using established templates and processes.
- Maintain employee learning records, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.
- Provide logístical support for learning campaigns, firm-wide programs, and recognition activities.

Technical
- Create and maintain templated slide decks, workshop materials, and internal guides that reflect the RDH brand and tone.
- Support evaluation processes by deploying surveys and compiling data for review.
- Troubleshoot issues with learning platforms.
- Assist in creating forms, trackers, and process documents to support consistent program delivery and operations.

Client
- Act as a first point of contact for employees seeking support related to learning and onboarding.
- Promote available learning resources and opportunities in an approachable way.
- Provide timely administrative support to T&C day to day operations.
- Help coordinate communications related to learning and onboarding experiences.
- Gather and summarize feedback from learners and employees to support continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience within a Learning & Development environment.
- Foundational understanding of learning principles and a general familiarity with how learning programs are developed and delivered.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy and timeliness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Comfortable using digital collaboration and learning tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, LMS platforms, Mailchimp, Articulate).
- Exceptional attention to detail and consistency in document formatting, version control, and file management.
- Professional, clear, and approachable written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong service mindset, with the ability to maintain confidentiality, stay calm under pressure, and work effectively with employees at all levels.
- A collaborative working style, with an openness to feedback and a willingness to support evolving team needs.

**Benefits & Perks**:
The base salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000 annualized for a full-time role. Salary is dependent on various factors, including qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.

We offer a robust benefits package to support the well-being of our employees. This includes: Health and Dental coverage, Vacation and Sick Time, Statutory Holiday substitutions, and a learning fund of $1,000 per year for education or career goals.
