**Accounts Payable (primary)**
- Review supplier invoices for accurate coding, approvals, and taxes
- Reconcile supplier’s statement of accounts
- Issue monthly AP cheques and direct deposit payments
- Keep track of supplier and restaurant inventory
- Maintain AP files and records
- General administrative duties such as handling telephone calls and filing
- Perform other related duties as assigned

**Accounts Receivable (primary)**
- Perform daily and monthly sales reports
- Prepare bank deposits
- Assist with processing A/R accounts and incoming payments
- Prepare petty cash and other reports
- Perform other related duties as assigned

**Payroll (secondary)**
- Calculate and process semi-monthly staff payroll
- Manage employee holiday records, timesheets, and benefits
- Process and file ROEs, payroll tax, and WorkSafeBC remittances
- Maintain and update staff records
- Perform other related duties as assigned

**Schedule**
- Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 5:30pm
- Overtime (if needed)
- Weekend or Statutory Holiday (if needed)

**Qualifications**
- Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese
- Fluent in written English and Chinese
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience
- Possesses a good understanding of generally accepted accounting principles
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to effectively manage deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work both independently and on teams

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$44,000.00 per year
