A customer experience representative embodies our excellent understanding of consumer tech and penchant for quality and genuine interactions with customers, culminating in an all round pleasant customer experience. Starting rate is $14 with the opportunity for a raise.

**Job Duties**:

- Greet customers both in person or on the phone
- Answer inquiries and provide information to customers
- Diagnose device issues and explain the services/fees to the customers
- Create repair tickets
- Consult necessary manual or guides to research solutions
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems
- Communicate with customers and team members on progress of repair tickets
- Intake arriving stock and organize as needed
- May supervise other technical support workers if needed
- Maintain professional demeanor at work and tidy working space.
- Study training materials and follow guides to perform tasks with varied difficulties

**Requirements**:

- Minimum one years of experience working in the industry, 2 years preferred.
- To be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English with customers and other team members
- Knowledge of iPhones, Samsung, and other smartphones; as well as tech in general
**Language of work**: English
