St Catharines, Canada Ironwood Cabinetry Full time

Ironwood is looking for someone to keep the office in order, and process accounts receivable and payable in QuickBooks/Dext. Completion of general office duties and organization. (no experience required as we will train)

Job Responsibilities:

- Invoicing customers.
- Handling accounts payable and receivable.
- Processing payments in QB.
- Inputting expenses/bills into Dext.
- Receipts, organizing and updating file system as needed.
- Ensuring health and safety policy and procedures are up to date.
- Answering phone calls, and reporting new enquiries to the right team member.
- Other various duties as required.
- placing online orders when required.

**Requirements**:

- Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office (preferred).

- No

- Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place as required.
