By leveraging its medically-accepted, mínimally-invasive RF technology for simultaneous subdermal adipose remodeling and skin tightening, InMode offers a comprehensive portfolio of products for plastic surgery, gynecology, dermatology, otolaryngology, and ophthalmology._ **Position Summary**: Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, the Product (Brand) Marketing Associate will contribute to new product launches, assist with the development of marketing and sales enablement assets/tools, and the creation of Consumer facing materials. In addition to working with the Marketing team, this role will regularly collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, R&D, Clinical, Customer Service, Logistics, and others) to implement marketing tactics, conduct market analyses, and deliver product launching initiatives. **Duties and Responsibilities**: - **Support the launch of new products/product enhancements/discontinuations. - Contribute to the development of Customer facing selling materials. Ensure high-quality, relevant content across all materials (sales decks, sales collateral, patient-facing assets, web content). - Liaise with the advertising agency, inputting into the development and creation of targeted campaigns for traditional vehicles - print, radio, TV, OOH. - Create customer specific advertising executions that will build brand equity and drive Consumer trial/awareness of InMode treatments at the clinic level. - Create and maintain working relationships with the Customers, understanding their specific needs and expectations. Ensure clear and consistent communication ensuring the delivery advertising materials on time and on budget. - Manage and work within agreed to budgets. Track actual spending and provide timely notification to team if budget changes are needed. - Collaborate with broader Marketing Team & PR Agencies on the delivery of PR events, product-related press releases, eblasts, and social assets. - Establish project milestones and critical timelines to track progress against key deliverables. - Communicate and collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, clinical, operations, and management team. **Qualifications**: - Bachelors degree in health sciences, business, or marketing. - 3-5 years in product marketing experience. - Experience in product development and product lifecycle management - Detail oriented, strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions with strong analytical skills and a results focus. - Ability to understand technical information and interpret the information for the appropriate consumer audience. - Excellent time management, interpersonal, communication, and organization skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects with different timelines. - Superior written and verbal communications skills. - Proven ability to work in a matrix organization. - Polished professional with an enthusiastic attitude who thrives in fast-paced environments; strong ability to adapt to change and multi-task; a self-starting orientation with the intense drive to “make things happen." - Efficient MS-Office skills with an emphasis on Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. - **Ability to travel domestically and internationally, when unrestricted travel is open.** PLEASE NO out of state applicants **Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year Additional pay: - Bonus pay **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Dental care - Employee assistance program - Extended health care - Paid time off - RRSP match - Vision care Schedule: - 8 hour shift **Education**: - Bachelor's Degree (preferred) **Experience**: - Product Marketing Occupations: 3 years (required)
