**Position Overview**

The purpose of this role is to develop and implement appropriate agreed upon short
- and long-term Rubicon brand plans to maximize the Company’s position in the relevant market segments. In so doing, you will support the organization in achieving sales revenue and contribution objectives whilst measurably enhancing brand equity with both customers and consumers.

**Qualifications**
- **Legally eligible to work in Canada**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing or brand management, preferably in the beverage or consumer goods industry
- Understanding of consumer insights and market trends
- Experience in executing marketing campaigns and events
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, collaboratively in a team, and prioritize multiple tasks within tight deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
