Overview:
The Jordan Group is seeking a dynamic individual to join our fast-paced property management team as an Office Administrator. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our property management endeavors, requiring excellent organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. **Responsibilities**:

- Interact and respond to public inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Schedule third-party vendors for property maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate advertising efforts for property listings across various platforms.
- Draft correspondence such as letters and leases, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and legal regulations.
- Facilitate seamless property management operations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management activities.
- Assist in organizing and conducting property viewings for potential tenants.
- Stay updated on relevant real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all activities.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in property management, real estate, or customer service roles is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work activities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service to tenants and property owners.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
