**OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR/BOOKKEEPER**

What this position entails:

- Communicate clearly and effectively with employees and clients, ensuring smooth interactions.
- Present and report on financial data to various stakeholders.
- Perform accurate data entry for financial records and transactions.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, BQE Core) and Excel to manage financial data and operations.
- Perform monthly billing.
- Handle various financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Use various software programs to support financial operations and office tasks.
- Oversee project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Manage project budgets to ensure financial resources are efficiently allocated and monitored.
- Create and implement policies that streamline office and operational processes.
- Manage and update workflow and budgeting systems (e.g., Vale, Glencore).
- Act as a client liaison, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Monitor and track project expenses to ensure optimal resource use and budget compliance.
- Various other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and working with financial software (QuickBooks, Excel, BQE Core).
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions.
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in project budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Familiarity with project management and workflow systems (e.g., Vale, Glencore).
- Experience in client relations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.85-$31.73 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
