**Responsibilities**
- Manages a group of customers and support them with service sales
- Explains sales offers, services and benefits to prospective and existing customers including handling objections effectively
- Manages all assigned accounts, and increases profitability by expanding product sales with existing customers
- Networks to get connections to the industry and get leads
- Takes on assigned leads
- Uses a consultative approach to understand the needs of the customer
- Sets up site visits to investigate problems, gets to know the systems
- Proactively finds constraints and other elements of projects, budget, decision makers, key drives and competitors
- Works with Berg subtrades to get pricing on Electrical, Insulation, machine handling and Civil work
- Interacts closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepares overall costing for the project
- Develops proposals with the designed solution and the estimated sale price
- Goes through revisions and customer negotiations
- Follows projects throughout their lifecycle “Lead
- opportunity -Sale/loss”
- Uses CRM daily for contact/account and opportunity management
- Participates on monthly sales meeting and one-on-ones
- Stays proactive with training and self improvement
- Contributes content to marketing team
- Acts as a main point-of-contact for coordinating all clients activities, services, orders for each assigned account
- Manages projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
- Negotiates contracts and closes agreements to maximize profit
- Forecasts and tracks key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepares reports on account statuses
- Assists with challenging client requests or issues escalations as needed
- Provides input throughout the sales cycle to ensure that any changes in scope are identified and resolved in a manner that benefits both the company and customer
- Achieves additional sales opportunities through network of clients and influencers as a result of exemplary account and relationship management
- Developing relationships at multiple levels within the client’s organization including operating engineers, facility managers, plant engineers, plant managers, etc.
- Develop/establish Asset and Capital Equipment lifecycle management plans with clients
- Development, evaluation and discussion of technical solutions with clients.
- Complete material take-offs, equipment selections and pricing as necessary to develop
- Conduct activities in accordance with company policy including safety and respecting the environment
- All other duties as assigned

**Qualifications & Skills**
- 3-5 years of experience as Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role
- Formal technical education and training (C.E.T., C.Tech. or similar)
- One (1) or more years of industry related experience
- Willingness to travel regularly within our operating territory as needed
- Good communication, organizational and writing skills.
- Proficiency or willing to learn Word, Excel, and other software as needed to support the sales process
