The **Canadian Association of Medical Aesthetics** is a national leader in **medical aesthetics education and professional training**. We provide accredited courses, live workshops, and national conferences that help doctors, nurses, and medical professionals grow their careers in **non-surgical aesthetics**.
As our organization expands, we are hiring a **Sales Account Manager / Education Advisor** to join our energetic and motivated team.
**Position Summary**
The **Account Manager** will focus on **sales, business development, and account management** to promote CAMA’s education programs, training workshops, and national events.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative sales, relationship building, and helping professionals advance their careers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients including healthcare professionals, clinics, and industry partners
- Meet and exceed **monthly sales targets** and performance goals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new accounts
- Identify growth opportunities in **education sales** and **event sponsorships**:
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Keep accurate CRM records and provide weekly sales updates
**Qualifications**
- **3+ years of sales, inside sales, or account management experience** (preferably in healthcare, education, or aesthetics)
- Proven ability to **close sales and exceed revenue targets**:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience with **CRM systems** and digital sales tools
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Passion for the **medical aesthetics**, **healthcare**, or **continuing education** industries
