We are currently seeking an Accounting Manager for Skylink Technologies Canada Inc head office located in Mississauga ON. This position will be responsible for overall day-to-day accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial oversight: Manage daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
  • Financial reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Budgeting and planning: Coordinate the annual budget process and assist with financial planning.
  • Compliance and audit: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, coordinate external audits, and manage tax filings.
  • Team leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and manage accounting staff.
  • Process improvement: Develop and implement new accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Financial analysis: Provide financial analysis and reporting to support informed decision-making by senior management.
  • Manage HR and Office Administration activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in accounting.
  • Certification: An accounting designation (e.g., CPA) is highly desirable

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in handling full set of books and tasks (include but not limited to AP & AR, GL, account reconciliation, inventory accounting)
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong experience with financial systems and ERP software
  • Proven ACCPAC 5.2 ERP experience is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines

*Remuneration will be based on experience, skills, qualifications and performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
