**Social Media Support Specialist**

**We currently have an opportunity for a Social Media Support Specialist in our Toronto Marketing team.**

As the Social Media Support Specialist you will ensure you are enhancing our players experience by monitoring and responding to potential and existing players via our social media channels. Your role covers players across both acquisition and retention life stages of the VGW customer journey.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Monitor and respond to player participation in a timely and professional manner across social media channels.
- Using the tools given, monitor and measure customer sentiment and share of voice across all Social Media channels.
- Assist with the selection of competition winners and their remuneration across social media channels.
- Identify, cultivate, and sustain relationships with highly engaged players on social media.
- Escalation of urgent matters relating to our community, through the relevant channels.
- Forge close relationships with key stakeholders, including; VIP Team, CS Team, fellow Social Support Specialists, Team Leads, Senior Social Marketing Specialists, and Head of Social Media.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Proven work experience as a social media community manager/specialist.
- Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics.
- Positive demeanor, meticulous attention to detail, and customer-focused.
- Passionate about social, with experience in moderating the major social media platforms.
- Proven ability to stay up to date on social media and cultural references.
- Excellent writing, critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities are all required.
