As we continue to expand our reach, we are seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to join our team and drive our social media presence to new heights.

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Create engaging and compelling content for social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Manage day-to-day activities on all social media platforms, including content creation, posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
- Conduct regular analysis of social media performance using key metrics and analytics tools to optimize strategies and improve results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing and the automotive industry.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Cultivate relationships with influencers and industry partners to expand our reach and amplify our brand message.
- Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service, and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all channels.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for B2C brands, preferably in the automotive or related industries.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads, is a plus.
- Passion for cars and automotive culture is highly desirable.

Pay: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
