**Job Overview**

Red Cloud Financial Services is seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic media team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies for both Red Cloud channels and our clients. You will collaborate with various departments to create engaging content, manage social media platforms, analyze performance metrics, and build relationships in a client-facing role. Your keen attention to detail and passion for social media will help build and scale our clients' and Red Cloud's online presence.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Develop and implement social media strategies for Red Cloud and client channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Design custom content for clients using Canva.
- Monitor social media channels daily, engage with audiences, and respond to comments and inquiries promptly.
- Set up and optimize social media channels for new clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and providing ongoing support.
- Analyze social media metrics, generate reports, and provide insights on performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to cross-promote events and initiatives.
- Ensure the hygiene of social media accounts and organize content using Box.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.

**Qualifications**
- Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Journalism, social media, or any other related field of study / discipline.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Emplifi.
- Experience with design tools like Canva.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to learn and adhere to the Red Cloud brand and digital practices.
- Ability to work well both individually and as part of a team.
- Paid Media or SEO an asset.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
