As a Social Media Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence and engaging with our audience across various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies that align with our brand identity and business objectives. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media content calendars in alignment with marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Create compelling and visually appealing content, including photos, videos, graphics, and captions tailored to each platform.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to messages and engage with followers to foster community engagement.
- Analyze social media performance metrics for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok and provide insights to optimize content strategy and drive growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices specific to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok to ensure our social media presence remains innovative and competitive.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and community engagement.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok) as well as experience with ad management platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager.
- Experience running both paid and organic social media campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop) and video editing software.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
