- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
- Answer phone calls promptly with professional phone etiquette, addressing inquiries and managing reservations.

- Oversee the front desk area, keeping it neat and inviting for guests.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, document review, and managing correspondence.
- Handle basic billing and invoicing tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure smooth guest flow and effective communication within the team.
- Address guest concerns or issues with professionalism and empathy to maintain a high standard of guest satisfaction.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in a hotel or as a receptionist is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate record management.
- Proficiency in general administrative tasks such as typing, proofreading, and use of office software.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar software is an asset but not essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with guests and staff alike.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
