Here at Royal Auto Body we are an auto vehicle repair shop, along with paint and auto vehicle parts department. We are located in Edmonton, AB. We are looking to hire a Front Desk Receptionist / Office Admin person to join our team. This position is responsible for the daily running of the front office. The Front Office Administrator must possess positive and upbeat personality.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greeting customers
- Answering phones
- Perform office duties, such as, E-mail correspondence, Data entry, Insurance Filing, etc..
- Collecting payments from customers
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Preparing and making bank deposits.
- Maintain a clean front office space, lunchroom, ect.
- Being assistive with other staff when needed
What you bring:
- Minimum of 6 months office experience
- Strong computer proficiency with using programs such as MS word, Excel and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Estimating software like Audatex or Mitchell Cloud Estimating
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Adaptable team player
- Ability to organize, multitask, and work under pressure.
- Class 5 licence with a clean driver abstract
