Office Administrator

Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Office Administrator provides administrative support and office coordination to the Western Canada Operations and Corporate Services Teams.
Every day will be different, as this role will have the opportunity to be engaged with many different departments, and stakeholders. Key elements of the role will include office coordination, administrative and accounting/insurance support.
This position requires the ability to work independently, utilize good judgment and initiative, and manage multiple tasks for multiple stakeholders.

**EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE**
- The following are required: _
- College Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration
- 3+ years’ experience as an Administrator in a fast-paced environment
- Basic accounting/bookkeeping knowledge and experience
- Solid organizational skills coupled with a keen eye to detail. The ability to plan, conduct and facilitate administrative activities.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- The following are considered assets: _
- Experience working in a construction company
- Experience with Visual 9 (or other ERP)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
