City Buick Chevrolet Cadillac GMC is looking for a **Service Coordinator **to join their Humberview Mobility team in Toronto.

The **Mobility **Service Coordinator** will work with Humberview Mobility's Sales and Service department to deliver high-quality customer service and assist our customers with their inquiries and needs.

**Please note, the position is based at the City Buick dealership, but work under the Humberview Mobility department.**

**Job Duties**:

- Assist Sales and Service customers with their inquires and needs.
- Schedule appointments.
- Answer phone calls and communicate with customers, follow up on inquiries.
- Other duties as required.

**What We Look For**:

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to adjust to change and continuously learn about new products.
- **Previous customer service experience is required.**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- An individual who maintains a positive work relationships in the work environment.
