**The Role**

We are seeking a driven customer experience focused Manager to support our GTA locations within the Hudson’s Bay Company.

You’re an experienced retailer that thrives in a customer focused environment. You will be responsible for managing a small but passionate team of Sales Associates across three locations within The Hudson's Bay Company; Fairview Mall, Upper Canada Mall and Hillcrest Mall. You will have a home base location and support the other two through store visits, working on the concession and/or virtual visits. Ability to travel and means of transportation are required.

To succeed in this role, you must be motivated by driving sales and creating a team environment that is buzzing with excitement. Being passionate about your people, you will provide your team with training and development to further their individual growth and maximize the stores performance.

This is a full-time position and will require availability over public holidays and weekends.

**Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in managing a small store format
- Sound knowledge in coaching and leading teams
- Exposure to performance management
- Demonstrated skills & experience in delivering outstanding customer service
- Have a passion for driving sales & achieving results
- Effective roster & stock management
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales, wages and shrinkage targets
- Previous visual merchandising ability
- Understanding of fashion and trends
