- Providing high levels of customer support and services to ensure customer satisfaction
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and complaints
- Handling and resolving customer complaints
- Entering orders into ERP System
- Actively developing sales opportunities and processing orders
- Provide administrative support and assistance to the Warehouse, Production and Sales Supervisors
- Prepare daily production reports and time keeping records
- Maintain a well-organized confidential filing system for electronic and paper files
- Complete necessary expense reports for approval and subsequent handling by accounting
- Ensure that various administrative tasks are done in an effective and efficient manner, including reviewing outside mail, drafting correspondence, screening phone calls, and maintaining executive files as needed.
- Performing other relevant duties as may be assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years experience doing Administrative Assistant’s function
- Minimum of 3 years experience performing Inside Sales
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Excellent English verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively handle multiple, conflicting priorities
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and collaboratively with other management team members
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
- Ability to track and report various activities
- Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
- Positive attitude, friendly personality, positive workplace behavior
- Strong administrative and planning skills
- This position is for our Freeport Blvd Sales office.
