**Job Title**: Inside Sales - Customer Care Representative (Part-Time)
**Location**: Calgary, AB
**Hours**: 20 hours/week (Monday to Friday, occasional weekends)
**Compensation**: $18-$20/hour, commensurate with experience

**About the Role**
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused **Inside Sales - Customer Care Representative** to join our team in Calgary. In this part-time role, you will be a key point of contact for our customers, assisting with product inquiries, processing orders, and supporting both the field sales and project management teams. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless customer experience and representing our brand with integrity and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, building strong customer relationships and supporting sales initiatives.
- Respond to product inquiries and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer databases and internal records.
- Provide sales support, acting as a liaison between customers and field sales representatives.
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Participate in promotional events and contribute to brand visibility.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of orders and customer satisfaction.

**What You Bring**
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computing skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A team player who collaborates effectively across departments.
- Punctual, dependable, and professional.
- Willingness to occasionally work Saturdays.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
