As a QA Analyst at Danihel Group, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our CRM-based software. You will develop and execute test plans, identify and report issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless user experience. Your expertise will help us maintain high standards for our product's functionality, performance, and scalability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for CRM software features and functionalities.
- Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure compliance with requirements on both app and web platforms
- Test the complete order lifecycle process, including order creation, tracking, fulfillment, and post-sale activities.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and support teams to understand system requirements and user expectations.
- Test API integrations and workflows
- Document and report test results, track defects, and validate fixes in a timely manner.
- Conduct regression, performance, and usability testing to ensure software stability and user satisfaction.
- Participate in requirements review and provide feedback from a QA perspective to enhance product quality.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure test coverage and resolve issues promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- 4+ years of experience as a QA Analyst or similar role, preferably in CRM or order management systems.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools (e.g. JIRA, Postman).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and understanding of order lifecycle management processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to document findings and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Strong database validation skills and experience with SQL
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced, agile environment

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Exposure to performance testing tools like JMeter
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Working knowledge of DBeaver
- ISTQB or similar certification.
