We are looking for a **Senior Quality Assurance Automation Analyst** to take the lead on QA for our SAP Middleware product. This role requires a hands-on, all-around QA professional who will strengthen our QA program, execute testing, develop automation frameworks, and contribute to Level II engineering support when needed. Experience with SAP and SAP Content Server is an asset but not required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement automated testing frameworks and strategies to improve software quality.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate QA processes into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Document and maintain QA and DevOps processes to ensure compliance with security and performance standards.
- Assist in release cycle strategies and help troubleshoot issues in development and test environments.
- Develop test cases and test scripts based on project requirements, business needs, and workflow processes.
- Execute and/or coordinate various testing phases, including smoke testing, system integration testing, regression testing, end-to-end testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Log, track, and resolve defects, participating in bug reviews to establish remediation strategies.
- Ensure best practices in software testing and maintain the regression suite as business requirements evolve.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Ability to solve complex and ambiguous technical problems using creativity and sound judgment.
- Strong team collaboration skills as well as the ability to work independently.
- Experience developing and maintaining automated user acceptance test suites and integrating them into CI/CD processes.
- Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in creating test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
- Familiarity with industry-standard testing tools and defect management systems.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical documentation and software architecture.

**Key Qualifications**:

- BSc/BA or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of industry experience in automation QA.
- 3+ years of experience in CI/CD integration.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Experience in CI/CD process improvement and deployment.
- Passion for solving business problems with automation and AI.
- Knowledge of SAP and SAP Content Server.

Pay: $80,000.00-$92,238.27 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Calgary, AB T2P 0L4
