As a QA Analyst, Platform you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and effectiveness of our leading-edge analytics platform. **What You’ll Do**
- Conduct thorough manual testing of software features.
- Participate in the identification and documentation of software defects and work closely with our development team to facilitate their resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, product managers, and data analysts, to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

**Who You Are**
- You have a strong understanding of web-based platforms, micro-services, and databases.
- You have 3+ years of experience in quality assurance/testing roles, preferably in a high-growth industry.
- You have practical knowledge of QA methodologies, processes and tools like JIRA, Shortcut, Trello.
- You have hands on experience with test automation tools and frameworks using JavaScript like Playwright, Cypress, Postman.
- You are comfortable with contributing testing code to the team source code repository.
- You have experience with Agile development methodologies.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are excited about working in a fast-paced start-up environment and embracing change and ambiguity.
