Office Administrator

**Reports To**:Project Manager

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel for project teams, and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Prepare and process documentation such as invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and project reports.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical, for project records, permits, and compliance documents.
- Support human resources functions, including onboarding new hires, managing timesheets, and organizing training sessions on safety protocols.
- Monitor office budgets, process expense reports, and reconcile accounts payable/receivable.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including maintaining records for WHMIS and other certifications.
- Provide general support to project managers, facilitating communication between office and on-site teams.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business administration, office management, or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, ideally in construction, restoration, or a similar industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Project)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and office procedures.
- Valid driver's license is an must for occasional errands or site visits.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
