Position Summary

Magellan Aerospace has an exciting opportunity for a 4-month Administrative Summer Student to help support the Training department at our manufacturing hub in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This summer student position would begin on May 1 (or ASAP) and would be 4 months in duration.

Essential Responsibilities

Processes repetitive documents, checking accuracy of specific entries.

Classifies and files material in prescribed storage system(s) and indexes routine material.

Maintains filing and documentation distribution.

Scans training records and save to internal database.

Assists in organizing large storage area including filing and labeling.

Data entry of training records in HRMS database.

Skills & Knowledge Required

Records Management or archiving experience is an asset.

Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong computer skills - Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel is an asset.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to process large volumes of information accurately and meet set deadlines.

Ability to carry and move around filing boxes.

Experience with LMS system and online training is an asset.

Experience with EasyGenerator or Storyline Articulate is an asset.
