**The Opportunity**

We are currently seeking a** Shipping Administrator - Summer Student** to add to our team in **St. Boniface location.** Reporting directly to the Logistics Coordinator, the incumbent will be responsible for shipping paperwork as well as answering phone calls from suppliers, vendors and customers, and auditing outbound loads to ensure accuracy. Shipping Administrator - Summer Student will also file and complete paperwork as needed.

**Responsibilities**
- 80% of time related to Shipping duties.
- Completing paperwork for both inbound and outbound deliveries.
- Establishing and maintaining excellent customer relations.
- Dealing with phone inquiries from customers, suppliers, and vendors.
- Acting as backup Load Inspector as required - auditing outbound loads to ensure accuracy as per order specifications.
- 20% of time related to Operations.
- Filing and boxing Production Orders.
- Completing paperwork such as invoices, bills of lading, customs documents, waybills, etc.
- Communicate with Customer Experience Team on deliveries and schedules.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or (GED)
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Competency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with SAP would be an asset.
- Ability to multi-task and execute a wide range of details and tasks quickly and effectively.
- Good judgement/problem solving ability along with strong customer service and relationship building skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Ability to maintain records and keep track of all areas of responsibility.
- Collaborative team player.
