As a growing company, **Fix Network** is looking for a **Support Specialist**who can take a firm grip on the wheel and lead our projects in a constantly changing world. In this role, you will be responsibleis to work closely with a network of franchisees to help them maximize daily operations and support them with their processes and production strategies.

**Your responsibilities as a Support Specialist at Fix Network**:

- Review daily operations and provide training and assistance as neede
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, insurance partners and vendor partners;
- Documenting customer interactions: Support specialists need to document all customer interactions, including the nature of the problem, the solution provided, and any follow-up required in the Franchise Management System.
- As required, develop procedures and actions to be taken, so as to solve any problem or daily operations requiring improvement
- Collaborate with franchisees to ensure strict compliance with the policies and procedures of our insurance partners;
- Respond to any customer inquiries or immediate need complaints with the utmost consideration in order to provide a superior customer experience;
- Provide franchisees and their employees with standard operating procedures, training and support as needed
- Provide franchisees insurance related procedures, as needed;
- In collaboration with the team in place, develop and maintain training initiatives focused on the specific needs of franchise members in the region;
- Ensure franchisees’ estimates are created in accordance with our standard operating procedures and insurance partner guidelines and procedures;
- Participate in work-related social events, after hours as required
- Address and resolve all inquiries regarding insurance partners with a sense of urgency and with the utmost consideration
- Identify areas of improvement where it is felt to have the greatest need for improvement, communicate and collaborate with the operations team
- Valid Canadian driver's license and excellent driving record
- Ability to travel extensively in the region covered and sometimes elsewhere in Canada, as needed
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- At least 3 years of industry experience
- Damage Appraisal experience
- Production management skills
