In this entry-level role, you’ll be the first point of contact for end users seeking assistance with hardware, software, and network-related issues. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a broad range of systems and devices while supporting day-to-day operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a Junior IT Support Specialist, you will:

- assist with troubleshooting desktop and laptop issues
- maintaining printers and peripheral devices
- setting up new user accounts
- managing basic networking tasks
- documenting solutions
- updating tickets
- escalating complex problems to senior IT staff when needed

In addition to technical support duties, the **Junior IT Support Specialist** will also have opportunities to assist with:

- light development tasks, particularly within the **Microsoft Power Platform** but required to build and maintain our corporate internet sets developed in **WordPress**.
- You’ll work alongside senior developers and business analysts to help build and maintain low-code solutions using **Power Apps**, **Power Automate**, and **Power BI**.
- Tasks may include creating forms, automating simple workflows, modifying existing apps, and supporting internal reporting dashboards.
- This hands-on exposure will give you a strong foundation in modern workplace automation and digital transformation tools.

You’ll also contribute to the upkeep and enhancement of **WordPress-based websites**, including
- basic content updates
- plugin maintenance
- troubleshooting layout issues
- assisting with new page creation
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or basic JavaScript is an asset, but not mandatory

This role is perfect for someone with an interest in web development and digital platforms, providing the chance to grow technical and creative skills while contributing to meaningful projects that support both internal teams and external clients.
