**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Interact with customers professionally and assist with inquiries, order processing, and resolution of issues.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and spreadsheets accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with the management of sports memorabilia inventory.
- Help organize and coordinate company events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- Provide support to other departments as needed, including marketing, sales, and finance.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for sports and sports memorabilia is a plus but not required.
- Previous administrative experience.

**Salary**: $15.51-$27.40 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
