**Position Title**: Project Coordinator, Innovative Learning
**Status**: Full-Time (1 Year)
**Hours**:37.5 hours per week
**Faculty/Department**: Innovative Learning
**Campus/Location**:North Campus
**Minimum Starting Salary**:$76,216; starting salaries are determined based on qualifications and years of related experience.

The Innovative Learning team is essential in helping faculty cultivate the skills and attributes that define a polytechnic education.
**About the Curriculum Specialist Role**:
Under the direction of the Dean, Innovative Learning, the Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing activities related to the ongoing Employability Skills Project at Humber. The Coordinator will plan, oversee and implement the stages in an multipronged approach to embed future focused and life-long employability skills deeply across the Humber curriculum. They will analyse existing data to identify programs that have areas for development or that may require assistance to embed the employability skills. They will consuls with Academic Faculty leaders for feedback, connect with program teams for small group workshops, and have 1:1 consultation with faculty members. The incumbent will identify the programs that require the most improvement in integrating employability learning outcomes in the curriculum. They will implement immediate interventions with the high-priority programs and develop longer-term strategies to embed the employability learning outcomes across the institution.

**Education**
**Experience/Skills**
- 3-5 years proven experience working collaboratively in a large and complex post-secondary environment.
- Knowledge and experience within a college or educational administration environment is considered an asset.
- Excellent time management and planning skills.
- Excellent ability to communicate, negotiate and execute agreed upon plans by building positive relationships.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills including public speaking and presentation.
- Excellent listening skills, conflict resolution, negotiation skills, client relationship management.
- Ability to promote excellent working relationships with academic staff.
- Ability to integrate competing priorities into an achievable plan based on long term strategic vision.
