**About the Role**:
GreenCo Property Services is looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join our Evening Property Maintenance Team

In this role, you’ll be responsible for light-duty exterior cleaning (litter pickup) at commercial properties around Winnipeg. You’ll work independently after hours, maintaining a high standard of appearance for our valued clients.

This is a **steady, part-time or full-time opportunity**—perfect for someone who enjoys working late and prefers independent, non-stressful work.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Complete daily litter pickup at commercial locations (same route each night)
- Follow a provided daily briefing sheet and special instructions when needed
- Record site conditions and report any issues via a simple online form
- Maintain a professional, responsible approach to property care

**Schedule**:

- Evening shifts (~6 hours per shift)
- Steady work: approximately 15-25 shifts per month.. depending on your availability
- Weekend shifts are shared with another team member (rotation system)

**Who We're Looking For**:

- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working independently in the evenings
- Pays attention to detail and takes pride in maintaining clean spaces
- Physically capable of walking and lifting light debris
- Must have access to reliable transportation to report to work. Litter route will be completed in company truck.
- Previous maintenance, janitorial, or outdoor work experience is an asset but not required
