Class 1 End Dump Driver

Terrace is looking for qualified class 1 w/ air end dump drivers to operate our trucks. As a dump truck driver, YOU play an important role in our production, keeping materials moving for our jobsites and our customers.

**Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Class 1 driver’s license with air endorsement
- Driver’s Abstract
- Cell Phone
- Eligible to work in Canada (no restrictions)
- Willing to work OT (10+hrs)

**Nice to have**:

- Open availability (including nights and weekends)
- Light mechanic/maintenance experience
- Experience operating heavy equipment (eg. front end loaders, compact track loaders)

**Duties include**:

- Operating a end dump truck hauling mud / aggregate / asphalt
- Perform daily pre-trip inspections
- Weekly routine maintenance (greasing, washing, fluid top ups / changes)
- Some manual labor (on site setup, general shop duties)

We are a fast-growing company that provides commercial property maintenance, grading, excavation and hauling services. We believe in serving our clients with an unmatched level of customer service through communication and quality.

Terrace Property Maintenance is now just over seven years old and growing rapidly having served over 3000 clients to date. The steady growth of new clientele paired with our maintenance contracts has led to the need for additional staff.
