**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule regular preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections for building systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general property upkeep.
- Receive, prioritize, and assign work orders to in-house maintenance staff or approved contractors.
- Monitor completion of service requests and follow up with tenants and vendors to ensure quality and timely work.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, maintenance logs, vendor contracts, and invoices using property management software.
- Liaise with Property Managers and tenants regarding maintenance updates, access coordination, and service disruptions.
- Manage relationships with external service providers and ensure compliance with company policies, provincial safety standards, and building codes.
- Assist in budget tracking and forecasting for maintenance and capital improvement projects.
- Respond to emergency maintenance issues during and occasionally outside of regular working hours.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in a maintenance coordination, facilities management, or property administration role (property management background strongly preferred).
- Knowledge of building systems, construction terminology, and maintenance best practices.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with property management or maintenance tracking software (e.g., Yardi, Buildium, or equivalent).
- Ability to multitask and handle urgent priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

**Working Conditions**:

- Office-based role with regular site visits to managed properties within Winnipeg.
- May require occasional evening or weekend availability for emergencies or project oversight.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary ($45,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience)

Pay: $21.86-$41.87 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
