**About Us**
Karma Property Management is a rapidly growing, locally owned company dedicated to providing exceptional property management services across Winnipeg. We pride ourselves on professionalism, integrity, and strong working relationships with the condominium boards and residents we serve. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled **Property Administrator** to join our team and support our growing portfolio.
**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to Property Managers, including preparing correspondence, notices, reports, and meeting documents
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance requests and service appointments
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation for all assigned properties
- Assist with processing invoices, purchase orders, and work orders
- Support the planning and execution of annual general meetings and board meetings
- Communicate with contractors, vendors, and residents regarding property-related matters
- Ensure tasks are completed within deadlines and urgent matters are prioritized appropriately
- Handle sensitive or challenging situations using sound judgment and professionalism
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Minimum **2+ years**of assistant property administration or related experience
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize time-sensitive tasks
- Experience dealing with difficult people and navigating sensitive situations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- **Yardi** software knowledge is an asset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
