**Job Title: Administrative Bookkeeper**
The **Administrative Bookkeeper **in consultation with the Accounting Manager is responsible for all accounting entries, adhering to set accounting practices and procedures and the organization of accounting and administrative records for all companies.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- REQUIRED COMPUTER SKILLS: Strong Excel skills
- Simply Accounting or Sage 50 experience
- Certificate in Bookkeeping/Accounting from a recognized college/university
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Bookkeeping/Accounting & in an administrative setting
- Highly responsible and extremely trustworthy with confidential records and information - discrete and professional
- Ability to effectively multi task & exceptional organization ability
- Able to work at a fast pace with exceptional thoroughness and accuracy in all duties
- Excellent interpersonal written and oral communications
- Exceptional receptionist skills - friendly, helpful, positive attitude
- The ability to work independently and with others in a team atmosphere
