Responsibilities as a Host/Hostess
- Greet all guests with a warm welcome - Answer main phone line and handle guest inquiries, reservation requests and takeout orders.
- Manage waitlist
- Manage takeout
- Process credit/debit card payments as well as cash payments.
- Updating the status of tables during service
- Assisting servers with clearing and setting table
- Stay in constant communication with Leadership team

**Requirements**:

- 1-year experience in high-volume restaurant preferred but not required
- Able to work in standing position for extended periods of time
- Have to be organized, tidy and disciplined in managing reservations/walk-in guests
