**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and a smile.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize the dining experience.
- Provide menus and inform guests about specials or promotions.
- Assist in coordinating the flow of service between the front of house and kitchen staff.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, handling inquiries and reservations effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and dining area.
- Collaborate with servers and management to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit.

**Skills**
- Strong guest services orientation with a passion for hospitality.
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is an advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in hotel settings can be beneficial but is not required.

**working Conditions**

7am-3pm operation hours.
- Weekends, as needed.
- Ability to stand for long period of time
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
