**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for

**Duties**
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Engage in insurance sales activities, including telemarketing and outside sales efforts, to drive new business growth.
- Analyze client information and recommend appropriate insurance policies based on their requirements.
- Negotiate policy terms and conditions with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Provide ongoing support to clients by answering questions, resolving issues, and conducting policy reviews.
- Focus is on Commercial prospecting and Corporate Life and Health Insurance

**Experience**
- Previous experience in sales is preferred.
- Proven track record in insurance sales or related fields is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.
- **Must be able to speak Chinese and excellent English**:

- Experience in telemarketing or outside sales is advantageous but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $33,100.00-$76,123.90 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Etobicoke, ON M8Z 1S2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Chinese and excellent English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- LLQP or OTL exam (preferred)
