**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with potential clients through telemarketing and face-to-face interactions to promote insurance products.
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions based on their circumstances.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to ensure client satisfaction while meeting company objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the sales administration system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations to provide informed advice to clients.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or telemarketing environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Multilingual abilities,a must in Chinese, to cater to Chinese speaking clientele.
- Experience in customer service, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Ability to analyze client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly, showcasing strong problem-solving skills.

Must have OTL or LLQP or be willing to sit for both exams as the insurance industry is a regulated industry

Pay: $34,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Etobicoke, ON M8Z 1S2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Chinese and excellent English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- OTL or LLQP (preferred)
