Administrative Support

**Role Requirements**:
- Manage and administer inbound/outbound regular and electronic mail and courier services
- Maintain a professional and organized reception area
- Perform general administrative duties including copying, filing and minute taking
- Order and stock office supplies and maintain supply inventory
- Assist Finance Department with eft’s, deposits and other duties
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
- Coordinate a prompt, efficient, and timely flow of paperwork
- Assisting with other administrative duties as needed
**Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years of administrative/reception experience
- Strong attention to detail with repetitive tasks
- Show initiative and have ability to anticipate needs in a proactive manner
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong verbal communication and writing skills
- Able to spend long hours sitting and using office equipment
- Construction industry background is an asset
