**Position Overview**:
As we continue to expand across Ontario, we’re looking for a **Sales Admin Assistant** to join our growing sales team. This role is key to ensuring our sales process runs smoothly and efficiently by keeping our CRM data accurate, deals moving forward, and performance metrics transparent. The Sales Admin Assistant supports the Sales Manager and Sales Representatives by managing administrative tasks, monitoring sales KPIs, and ensuring timely communication within our CRM (HubSpot). This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to generate actionable insights from sales data.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Maintain CRM accuracy by ensuring all sales activities, notes, and communications are properly logged.
- Track and report on the following KPIs weekly:

- Sales Admin data accuracy
- Next Steps on Deals
- Proper Deal Stage tracking
- Age of Deals
- Speed to Close metrics
- Response time to new leads
- Reactivation/Recapture lead quality feedback
- Quotes issued within 72 hours
- Quoted deal age
- HubSpot Communication logging

- Generate weekly/monthly KPI scorecards and dashboards for the Sales Manager.
- Monitor quotes and ensure follow-ups are completed within required timelines.
- Support Sales Reps with administrative tasks such as scheduling, proposal prep, and HubSpot updates.
- Act as the first point of quality control for sales data, ensuring the pipeline reflects accurate deal stages and next steps.
- Provide feedback and insights to Sales Leadership to improve pipeline management and shorten sales cycles.

**Does This Sound Like You?**

- 2+ years of experience in sales administration, sales support, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with ability to spot gaps or errors in data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a fast-paced sales team.
