**Duties**:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Order Entry
- Organize and schedule appointments when required
- Respond to customers promptly
- Confidently interact with customers and clients
- Act as the point of contact for sales
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Pay: $17.36-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
