Mac Outpost is Southwestern Ontario’s leading Authorized Apple Specialist.

We have been in business for almost 30 years. We cater to Mac, iPad, iPhone & Apple Watch users of all kinds from home users to audio and video specialists to large corporate clients. Recent changes require us to add to our retail sales / customer service staff.

**Job Description**:

- Retail / Floor Sales
- Apple Mac, iPad, iPhone, Apple Watch and accessory retail sales
- outgoing calling to current and potential clients for sales & service purposes
- merchandising
- face to face and telephone interaction with clients
- service intake
- sales of appropriate service related items
- some office / admin assistance including shipping, receiving, merchandising, organizing, cleaning, etc. as deemed necessary

Qualifications:

- SALES EXPERIENCE with a proven track record of success
- a high level of enthusiasm and ability to work with a team
- a basic understanding of the Mac and iOS operating systems
- a basic level of knowledge regarding products sold by Apple Inc. as well as peripherals made by other manufacturers for use with Apple products
- excellent verbal skills
- excellent customer service skills and diplomatic, empathetic personality
- excellent multitasking skills including the ability to handle multiple customers, phone calls and the ability to work under pressure
- the ability to take direction and implement company policy
- the ability to quickly learn the product knowledge necessary for the job

COMPENSATION WILL BE A COMBINATION OF HOURLY WAGE + TARGETED SPIFFS.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $15.50-$16.50 per hour

Day range:

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (required)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
