**The role**:
Reporting to the Manager, Small and Medium Enterprise, the Sales Support Assistant is responsible for coordinating operations internally with other departments, such as: submitting change requests for account maintenance or pricing related requests, the preparation of documents such as merchant agreements, and may include, but not limited to, a certain amount of outbound calling to merchants to follow up on paperwork that have been sent.

**What you’ll do**:

- Prepare documentation such as merchant agreement forms.
- Coordinate with other departments for account maintenance and price change requests.
- Follow-up with merchants on paperwork already sent.
- Outbound call to merchants for follow-up as required.
- Other duties assigned.

**What we’re looking for**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and excellent organisation skills
- Bilingual in French and English
- Solid typing proficiency skills
- Administrative experience in a corporate setting (preferred)
- Experience working in a fast paced, detailed and deadline oriented environment (preferred)
- 1-2 years of customer service experience (preferred)
