**Job Description**:
We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team and support our sales department in achieving its goals. The Sales Assistant will play a crucial role in helping our sales team drive revenue, exceed targets, and maintain outstanding customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.

Assist with data entry, sales order processing, and customer inquiries.

Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.

Prepare sales reports and assist in analyzing sales data.

Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate sales and marketing efforts.

Participate in sales meetings and take meeting notes.

Assist with customer follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction.

Help manage inventory and coordinate product shipments.

Support the development of sales presentations and proposals.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or business is a plus.

Proven experience as a Sales Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Customer-oriented and a positive attitude.

Pay: $19.50-$25.24 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 8 per week
